Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia is seeking a qualified Dentist to join our Faculty of Health Sciences as a Professor of Dentistry.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering the bachelor curriculum in Dentistry in English, teaching face-to-face classes on campus.
- Designing and developing teaching materials to support student learning.
- Advising, directing, and mentoring bachelor students in their academic and professional development.
- Collaborating with faculty and staff to maintain a respectful and positive learning environment.
Requirements
The successful candidate should possess the following combination of skills and experience:
- Hold a degree in dentistry valid in Spain according to current legislation.
- Evidence of a high level of clinical experience applicable to the area of general dental practice (minimum 5 years).
- Experience working or interacting with people from diverse backgrounds in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English - reading, writing, and speaking - level C1 and ability to teach in English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team working skills.
Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred:
- Spanish skills - B1-B2.
- Hold a Research Higher Degree (PhD).
- Accreditation of ANECA.
Job Details
This is a part-time/full-time, permanent position with a work location on campus.
