Key Responsibilities- Support the creation of marketing materials in various languages to promote our company's products, services, and brand.
- Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns, conduct website reviews, and perform daily app maintenance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across the company, taking direction from written or spoken ideas and helping to convert them into impactful designs.
- Develop visual concepts, graphics, company logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, and newsletters.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and visual identity.
- Animation and video editing.
- Ensure each project is routed and approved following Marketing Operating Procedure.
- Daily app maintenance.
- Degree in Marketing.
- Previous experience of 3 years in multinational companies.
- English mandatory; other languages are a plus.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Graphic design and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, etc.) or other relevant tools.
- Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and commercial printing process.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working in a diverse and collaborative global team embracing innovative curiosity, personal authenticity, accountability, and a growth mindset.
