Job Title: Rooms Internship

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Rooms Intern to join our team at Hotel Arts Barcelona. As a Rooms Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with their luggage, reservations, and other requests
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, including making beds, restocking amenities, and performing deep cleaning tasks
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
