Melt Group is seeking a dynamic Junior Area Manager to join our team in Houston, USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a long-term corporate strategy to drive growth and revenue in the industrial machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract new industrial clients to expand our customer base
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with sales management to develop annual budgets and action plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive loyalty and retention

Requirements:

  • Technical sales training or experience in the industrial or mechanical field
  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial sector
  • Fluent English language skills, with intermediate Spanish a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Availability to travel
