About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer to join our team at Anywr in Madrid. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP ABAP solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. User Requirements Gathering

Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance, and quality control analysts to gather user requirements and specifications.

System Development

Conduct feasibility studies, research, and development, prototyping, and proof of concept to implement new or existing systems solutions and processes.

Code Development

Develop, customize, enhance, fix, and maintain codes, applications, and systems.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Create test scenarios and data, and conduct or participate in non-functional and functional testing (e.g., unit testing, system testing, integration testing, etc.).

Documentation and Reporting

Document, analyze, and report test results.

Code Review and Maintenance

Develop and review codes, programs, and configurations to verify consistency and conformance with established programming and industry standards, guidelines, policies, and practices.

Incident and Problem Analysis

Conduct incident and problem analysis, data gathering, investigation, and resolution of issues, and provide technical consultancy assistance and support.

Project Delivery

Deliver the required systems/applications/solutions on time and based on agreed budget and specifications.

Documentation and Training

Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software, and prepare training materials and provide assistance in conducting the training to users or other members of the team.

Requirements
  1. Education

Graduate of Computer Science or equivalent.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).

SAP ABAP Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the following SAP ABAP programming: SAP Bank Analyser, ABAP Development Tools, SAP transaction (t-codes), ABAP Dictionary, Jira, Confluence, Kendis (good to have).

Language Skills

High level of English (C1).
