Information Security Specialist in Identity and Access Management

Job Summary

The Information Security Specialist will be responsible for Security Operations and Project Execution, with a focus on vulnerability management, IT Security Infrastructure, and supervision of external services. The role will also involve following up on the Security Framework and internal regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and execution of the Information Security Roadmap of Almirall.
  • Internal responsible for Security projects, with full accountability for project management.
  • Internal responsible for Security operations related to Vulnerability Management.
  • Support the Quality Management role of the department.
  • Liaise with IT Infrastructure and Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Information Security professional is a plus (e.g. ISACA CISM).

Desirable Skills

  • System Administration
  • Project Management
  • Risk Management methodologies
  • Industry standards such as NIST Cyber-Security Framework or ISO 27000
  • Security technologies in both in-house and cloud-based environments
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Others will be a plus.

Experience

  • Risk-oriented professional with more than 5 years of experience combining IT Security, Risk Management, IT Audit and Project management.
  • Proved experience in: System Administration, Vulnerability Management, Security Infrastructure, Endpoint and Infrastructure protection, Design of Key Risk Indicators, Maturity frameworks, etc.
