About the Opportunity

N26 is revolutionizing the banking industry with its digital platform, and we're looking for a skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our RegTech Group, you'll play a crucial role in creating a secure and compliant environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the access management process for N26 tools and systems
  • Manage access and identity management requests, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding of user accounts
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to design, update, and maintain IT documentation and processes
  • Assist with IT onboarding, creating accounts, and managing access to tools and systems
  • Design and execute regular controls in IAM processes, ensuring compliance and security
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
  • Experience with Google Suite, especially GSuite Admin, and knowledge of industry-standard security concepts and protocols
  • Excellent knowledge of IAM technologies, including Okta, and experience with ticket-based enterprise workflow management systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
