Position Overview

In the role of Junior Technical Service Engineer, you will deliver essential technical services and advice to industrial clients. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting chemical assessments of water, managing chemical inventories, offering technical guidance, troubleshooting dosing and control apparatus, and preparing comprehensive service documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver service and support to clients within a specified region, with occasional travel as required.
● Collaborate closely with the service manager to coordinate activities.
● Perform water sampling and chemical assessments utilizing portable laboratory instruments.
● Collect, package, and dispatch water samples to specialized testing facilities.
● Draft detailed service reports that outline actions taken and recommendations made at client locations.
● Act as a liaison between clients and the sales and technical teams.
● Propose procedural enhancements to improve overall operational efficiency.
● Travel to assigned locations and remain until all tasks are completed.
● Oversee all aspects of workplace safety.
● Complete all assigned training activities in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
● Familiarity and experience in industrial water treatment (preferred, not mandatory).
● Capability to troubleshoot technical issues with monitoring and dosing equipment (preferred, not mandatory).
● Ability to work collaboratively towards goals in a team setting.
● Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
● Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
● Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.
● Authorization to work in the European Union.
● Valid driver's license within the European Union.
