Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert for Cloud Security to join our team at Siemens. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in driving and developing security concepts in close collaboration with IT service owners and vendors to address our organization's cybersecurity needs and meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute cybersecurity aspects to new and existing Cloud projects, including architecture, reviews, and consulting, provided by IT, vendors, or providers.
- Bridge the gap between technical specialists and management level by implementing a transparent risk management approach.
- Clearly assess risks and derive appropriate measures to reduce risks to an acceptable level.
- Develop Cloud architectures and concepts to deliver cybersecurity resilient services.
- Consult and manage IT-internal customers on all Cybersecurity aspects vital to implement a security/protection concept and keep security measures in place.
- Lead taskforces and Cybersecurity incidents together with stakeholders, hold the communication chain, and prepare decision papers for stakeholders.
- Provide technical insight to the Chief Cyber Security Officer.
- Support IT and business customers within projects in all cybersecurity aspects to ensure efficiency and operational excellence and perform actively stakeholder management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or similar.
- 2+ years' experience in Cyber Security, especially with regards to Cloud topics (e.g., AWS, Azure, SaaS).
- At least 2 years' experience in Cyber Security architectures, including Cloud topics (e.g., CI/CD, Cloud native security tooling).
- General knowledge of Cyber Security standards (ISO27001, NIST, BSI).
- Nice to have certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP).
- Experience in security architecture of Cloud projects.
- Experience in project work, as a project manager and/or as a consultant.
- Ideally, you have international experience.
- Proficient in English.
