Senior Insights Strategist for Pharma

We are seeking a seasoned consultant with 4-6 years of experience to contribute to our team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding human behavior and has a proven track record of delivering strategic insights for the Pharmaceutical Industry.

We are looking for an analytically sharp and empathetic professional, a team player who inspires and motivates others, intellectually curious, with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn from and teach others.

To be a successful candidate, you must:

  • Be well-versed in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
  • Have relevant experience delivering insights and strategies for Pharma that showcase your skills
  • Have international experience and language skills
  • Be passionate about humanizing the digital era
  • Be succinct and sharp in oral and written English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)

Our work will typically involve:

  • Close partnership with teams of leading companies
  • Qualitative and quantitative research, primarily ethnographic fieldwork, quantitative validation, and other sources of data integration
  • Leading teams in the development of original insights, concepts, and solutions for our clients, and proactively delivering strategic recommendations grounded in research findings
  • Planning and managing key workstreams on projects
  • Building recommendations for our clients based on research and analysis
  • Co-creating and building solutions together with clients
  • Guiding roll outs with customer teams
