  3. Collaboration and Integration:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and synchronize product evolution, analytics, and data science with company goals. Drive initiatives to enhance data procedures and establish benchmarks for data team output.
  4. Innovation and Best Practices:
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote best practices in data. Articulate insights and recommendations to key decision-makers to inform impactful product initiatives.
Requirements
  1. Technical Proficiency:
    Proven experience as a people manager in a product insights and data organization. Proficiency in technical skills to mentor team members in methodologies, communication styles, and collaboration techniques. A broad understanding of human behavior analysis, statistical analysis, machine learning, and data governance practices.
  2. Leadership and Effective Collaboration and Communication:
    Adaptable mindset with the ability to make tough decisions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Comfortable going deep when needed and rolling up the sleeves if required. Proven experience managing teams in product insights and data organizations, fostering team synergy, collaboration, and upskilling people to achieve strategic objectives.
  3. Expertise in Personalization-Driven Products:
    Proven experience working on products with a heavy emphasis on personalization is highly valued.
