IT Infrastructure and Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Support Manager to join our team at AmRest. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our global network and IT services.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement IT services department strategy to align with AmRest's strategic goals.
- Proactively identify and implement functional best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Manage global network initiatives to ensure alignment with global systems.
- Support IT opening/renovation of restaurants and deliver IT components as part of business initiatives.
- Ensure that systems projects and change requests are delivered within budget and according to business strategy and cost-benefit analysis.
- Standardize IT processes (incident, problem, and change requests management) and ensure vendor, license, knowledge, configuration, and assets management for all IT services.
- Manage SLAs for internal and external support.
- Ensure IT security in the country, providing continuous analysis, implementation of audit recommendations, and alignment with global security rules.
- Computer Engineering Degree or IT Superior Grade Cycle or similar.
- Technical understanding of cloud-based products (preferably Microsoft Azure).
- Advanced knowledge of collaborative Microsoft environments and technology (Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory).
- Budget management experience (capex/opex).
- Project management experience.
- ITIL experience.
- Advanced English, written and spoken: Continuous interaction with Global Team.
- Execution passionate: your daily task will be 50% management and 50% execution.
- 2 years of experience as Team Leader of IT Support and/or Infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience in IT technical position.
- Willing to travel.
- Working in a growing multinational company in an international team located in different countries.
