Job Opportunity: Postdoctoral Researcher in Electrolyzer Design and Engineering
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team at CIC energiGUNE. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary environment and will work in close collaboration with postdocs and PhD students in the research centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimization of new electrolyzer cell concepts and geometries
- Electrochemical characterization of solid electrolyte-electrode interfaces
- Cell modelling and simulations
- Dissemination of results in project meetings, publications, and conferences
Requirements:
- PhD in Electrochemistry, Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge in electrochemical cell design and fundamental electrochemistry
- Desirable knowledge of electronics and experience in metal dissolution and electroplating
