We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at 3530 Kyndryl España. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for analyzing and advising on all types of legal matters in connection with IT contracts with vendors in Europe and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and advise on legal matters related to IT contracts
- Negotiate IT contracts as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Support procurement purchases in the IT services industry
- Law degree in any European country
- At least three years of relevant professional experience as an in-house lawyer or as an attorney at law
- Contracting and negotiation expertise
- Experience working in an international team and on English language contracts
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (C2 level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
- Admission to the local Bar (Spain)
- Experience with different commodity types in the field of IT transactions (e.g., software, hardware, Cloud services)
- Experience with negotiating client agreements in the IT sector
- Additional relevant qualifications (e.g., LL.M. in IT/IP or Privacy Law) or further Bar admissions
- Advanced knowledge of other European languages, allowing understanding and negotiating of contracts in those languages (B2 in European Language Framework)
