We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team at Salve Consulting. As a Junior Google Ads Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our online advertising strategies by managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Client Consultation: Serve as a trusted consultant to our clients, assisting in the onboarding process and the development of effective pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- Needs Assessment: Accurately identify and assess the needs and objectives of our clients.
- Opportunity Creation: Create opportunities to optimize spending, upsell, and ensure sustainability.
- Client Engagement: Manage and engage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls.
- Portfolio Management: Proactively handle and nurture a large portfolio of prospective partners on a daily basis.
- Language Skills: Native Dutch speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is highly desirable.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
- Skills: Demonstrated commitment to productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction KPIs. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills for phone pitches and proposal delivery. Strong time management skills with the ability to plan and manage tasks independently. Solid analytical abilities.
