Buscamos un Manufacturing Specialist III para unirse a nuestro equipo de PCI Pharma Services. En este rol, serás responsable de la ejecución, liderazgo y autonomía en la ejecución de tareas operativas y técnicas estándar en el proceso de fabricación, con un impacto significativo en la calidad del trabajo propio y del equipo.

Funciones y Responsabilidades
  • Colaboración y liderazgo con el departamento de desarrollo en la transferencia y escalado de los procesos de fabricación, asegurando la calidad requerida.
  • Redacción y revisión de documentación de fabricación y procedimientos, tomando decisiones durante el diseño para identificar la mejor opción para el departamento y la compañía.
  • Liderazgo en la elaboración de controles de cambios, desviaciones y acciones correctoras para mantener el estándar de calidad requerido.
  • Identificar y trabajar en actividades de mejora continua, tomando decisiones operativas para optimizar los sistemas y mantener la calidad.
  • Participación activa en equipos de trabajo asociados a nuevos proyectos productivos y liderazgo como parte del departamento.
  • Cumplimiento de todos los procedimientos de trabajo y fabricación GMP.
  • Redacción e investigación de las incidencias producidas y transmisión a las áreas correspondientes.
  • Velar por el mantenimiento del centro de trabajo en condiciones óptimas de limpieza y cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y higiene.
  • Conocimiento de equipos de fabricación y soporte a pruebas, trabajando con equipos multifuncionales.
  • Colaborar para la continua mejora de las condiciones de trabajo y comprometerse con la aplicación del sistema de valores de la Compañía.
Requisitos
  • Experiencia mínima de 3+ años en industria aséptica.
  • Licenciatura en ciencias naturales es preferible.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés y español.
  • Conocimientos de producción en el área farmacéutica.
  • Capacidad de adaptación y flexibilidad al cambio.
