What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a Product Manager to join our team at Globant. As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with professionals who have created some of the most revolutionary solutions in their fields.
You will be responsible for making an impact by working on large-scale projects globally, developing your career in our Studios, and collaborating with a diverse team of experts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative products and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Lead product development teams to build successful solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
- Work with designers and engineers to develop and implement product designs.
- Develop and maintain product documentation and training materials.
- Experience in product management, product manager, implementation experience, or consulting for digital products or technology.
- Experience in design thinking, lean startup, or at least product development frameworks.
- Experience in agile projects.
- Experience delivering software or services in large organizations.
- Experience as Product Owner (CSPO is a plus).
- Experience as Scrum Master (CSM is a plus).
