Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and driving the development of our cloud-based products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers in the development of cloud-based products and services
- Drive the implementation of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and implement technical solutions to meet business needs
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategies
Requirements
- Previous significant hands-on experience in a Software Engineering role
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Lean practices
- Experience in working in an environment that promotes a DevOps mindset, Continuous Integration and Delivery
- Track Record of proven people management experience focused on developing and growing people
- Extensive expertise of OOP in a Java environment
