Puig Deutschland GmbH, a leading player in the global fashion and beauty industry, is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and ensuring the success of our cosmetic brand.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Global Sales and Operations Planning process for our cosmetic brand, ensuring accurate forecasting and optimized inventory levels.
- Coordinate the launches and promotional items global forecasting, and lead the regular goods sales forecast.
- Detect main deviations in the sales forecast vs the budget and highlight risk and opportunities.
- Provide inputs for the Strategic Sales and Operations Planning Process.
- Lead the Global Sales and Operations Meeting with Global Brands, Global Finance, and Global Supply Planning, providing data on service level, forecast accuracy, sales forecast vs budget, and stock management data.
- At least 2 years of experience as Demand Planner or minimum 5 years of experience in other Supply Chain areas.
- Experience in the cosmetic industry is highly valued.
- Graduate in Engineering, Administration, or similar, Master in Supply Chain is a plus.
- Fluent English and Spanish are required.
- High analytical profile, holistic vision, team management and communication, organized and used to deliver on time in full.
- High skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office software. SAP, JDA, APO or similar planning tool is mandatory.
