Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Medical Device Lead at Importante Empresa. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, driving the development and implementation of medical device strategies that align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the IPV Team, ensuring the successful execution of medical device-related projects and initiatives.
  2. Compliance and Operations: Ensure consistent compliance and operations across regions, aligning with Global Medical Safety processes and regulations.
  3. Subject Matter Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in medical device legislation, providing guidance and support to Local Medical Safety Teams and internal stakeholders.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, leading or participating in global or regional multi-disciplinary projects and shaping strategies for assigned projects.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and compliance across IPV.
  6. Audit and Inspection Support: Support audit readiness and inspections for medical device-related activities, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  7. Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with Regional Heads and Local Safety Officers to ensure regulatory compliance for the medical device portfolio.
  8. Documentation and Translation: Document compliance processes and translate medical device requirements into regional/global IPV processes.
  9. Legislation SME: Act as a subject matter expert for medical device legislation, providing guidance and support to regional/global impact in IPV.
  10. Project Leadership: Lead or participate in global/regional medical device projects, shaping strategies and driving results.
