Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Fulfillment Center (FC) leadership to provide expertise that supports effective management of operational areas.
- Utilize your knowledge to simplify, standardize, and enhance workflows, driving innovation that benefits our customers.
- Contribute to achieving business objectives, including volume targets and outstanding customer experiences.
- Streamline operations by minimizing unnecessary steps, facilitating a more autonomous management of workflows.

Your Role:
- As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will oversee the daily management of flow standards within a designated Fulfillment Center. You will work closely with Operations leaders to plan and execute shifts while identifying and escalating any risks or deviations.
- Develop expertise in flow management tools and processes, understanding their integration with FC operations.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify improvement opportunities and lead comprehensive action plans involving multiple stakeholders.
- Engage with diverse stakeholder groups, effectively communicating complex topics in an understandable manner.
- Monitor and influence key performance indicators, including customer risk and compliance with flow planning.
- Participate in coaching initiatives to share your knowledge and assist in onboarding new team members.
Flexibility:
Be prepared to work various shift patterns, including nights and weekends, as required.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in English (European Framework level B2).
- Proven communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a comfort in working with data to inform decisions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in an additional European language.
- Experience in remote or centralized teams.
- Data analysis skills, including proficiency in SQL.
- Excellent judgment for decision-making under pressure.
- Ability to influence outcomes in high-pressure situations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to assess numerical data and take appropriate actions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with a variety of stakeholders.
