Solarig is a leading company in the energy transition sector, specializing in the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects. We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support project financing, M&A, and energy tenders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and financial institutions to ensure smooth financial close processes.
- Create presentations and materials for various stakeholders, including financial close processes, investment approvals, and asset sale processes.
- Support debt and equity investment processes, including due diligence and documentation review.
- Negotiate financing terms and conditions with financial entities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial advisory, project finance, and debt structuring practices.
- Demonstrable financial modeling experience, including building financial models for project financing.
- Familiarity with structured finance and M&A execution processes.
- Project management and relationship skills to execute transactions.
- Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
