About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated engineer to join our Customer Success Services (CSS) team as a Database Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will work on customer premises in the Madrid area, supporting over 6,000 companies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' systems and needs, providing trusted technical advice and support.
  • Improve the stability, availability, and performance of critical production databases.
  • Provide operational support and engage in escalations for essential business systems.
  • Deliver assistance with software installation, configuration, health assessments, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze new and complex issues, performing thorough root cause investigations.
  • Offer problem-solving expertise while considering customer constraints and risk management.
  • Deliver architecture advisory services, including reviews and conceptual support.
  • Conduct research and promptly address technical inquiries, ensuring effective communication at various organizational levels.
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, upgrades, and patches.
