Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in the German market. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining and acquiring new customers, providing consultative sales approach, and ensuring customer satisfaction through after-sales service and effective solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultative sales approach to maintaining accounts and acquiring new customers
- Manage telephone calls and customer support
- Update the ERP system with follow-ups and create quotations and documentation
- Establish strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate with suppliers, customers, and distributors to maximize company profit margins
- Provide hands-on customer support
Requirements
- Strong customer orientation and relationship building skills
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the IT sector
- Results-oriented and dedicated to exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in German is a must
- Availability to work from Madrid (San Sebastian de los Reyes) - preferably resident in Madrid
- Willingness to learn and understand new business/technical concepts
