**Your Role**
We're seeking a Senior Data Scientist to contribute to our enterprise priority of driving innovation through data & digital. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating data science solutions that turn data into actionable insights in close collaboration with our business stakeholders. Projects will focus on our global Healthcare Research & Development operations, ranging from optimizing clinical trials to regulatory submissions and natural language processing including Generative AI.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll:
- Consult on potential solutions and guide the implementation team
- Build solutions yourself, including stakeholder management and presentation of results
- Coordinate work packages for the project team
- Implement algorithms and develop data analytics techniques, methodologies, and solutions
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a similar field
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of professional experience outside academia and in Healthcare, ideally in Research & Development
- Strong drive to identify new use cases that leverage data science to improve business processes
- Strong skills in Machine Learning, Statistics, and Predictive Modelling. Experience in natural language processing is a plus
