Job Title: Technical Program Manager II

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager II to join our team at Zerog - AI in Aviation. As a Technical Program Manager II, you will be responsible for leading technical programs and projects that drive innovation and growth in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical programs and projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to drive technical program success.
  • Develop and maintain technical program plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget.
  • Identify and mitigate technical program risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on aviation or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of leading technical programs and projects to successful completion.
