Our Corporate Finance Team

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Analyst to join our Corporate Finance Team in Wholesale Banking. As part of our team, you will play a key role in leading the origination and execution of advisory transactions in the context of corporate events such as acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, restructurings, or initial public offerings (IPOs).

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Transaction Advisory
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis of target companies, including valuation and market research.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis and comparable company analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including company profiles, pitch books, and presentations.
Deal Execution
  • Coordinate with clients and other advisers to ensure smooth transaction execution.
  • Assist in the drafting of transaction documentation, including data room management and Q&A coordination.
  • Support the senior team in post-closing administrative tasks.
General Support
  • Monitor sector information and collect market data and dynamics.
  • Provide general support to the senior team, including guiding interns and assisting junior analysts.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in M&A or debt advisory, transaction advisory services, or similar advisory roles in corporate finance.
  • Ability to initiate detailed financial and business analysis and full understanding of process and materials general requirements required in M&A transactions.
  • Basic financial valuation and modeling skills, including DCF analysis and comparable company analysis.
  • Genuine interest in corporate finance and ability to earn trust and respect of clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Previous international professional experience valued.
  • Proven track record in sectors such as renewables, technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT), financial sponsors, or food and beverage.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written. Other languages a plus. Strong communication skills.
  • Degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or similar education with financial and numerical knowledge.
  • Other: hard worker with ability to drive multiple activities in parallel, attention to detail, delivery of top-quality documents, ability to work collaboratively across functions, and enthusiasm and ambition to learn.
