Strategic Project Director

The Senior Director of Project Management is a key leadership position within our organization, providing strategic guidance and management in the direction and execution of complex projects and operations. This includes developing and implementing strategies that ensure continuous process improvement and optimize organizational performance, processes, and associated systems, training and communications in order to achieve business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead large, complex, cross-functional initiatives and teams to drive business growth and improvement.
- Assist Executive Management with the development of business roadmaps to support the organizational future state and alignment to department and company goals.
- Act as a Champion for organizational changes and initiatives to support company objectives, promoting critical thinking and driving innovation in the team.
- Assist in the development of group AOP, ensuring appropriate business approvals are obtained for projects.
- Extensive senior-level Project Management experience in a complex international organization, delivering change programmes.
- A background in the pharmaceutical, life science, or business consultancy industry, or similar clients, is strongly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of the key principles of cross-functional project management (Time, Quality, Cost).
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiar with formal change management processes and methods.
- Skilled in process improvement and strategic development, especially as it applies to clinical trials, clinical development, and project management.
- Outstanding analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills, including complex evaluations of intangible variables.
- Strong financial savvy with in-depth knowledge and practical application of budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
- Accomplished executive presence, consultation, and presentation skills.
- Expert negotiation and relationship building skills with the ability to influence others and get results.
- A consistent track record driving corporate strategies that capture, engage, and retain repeat customers.
- Advanced level of English.
