Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our dynamic HR team at Mass Markets. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Source and Attract Top Talent
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract diverse candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen and Evaluate Candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Administer assessments and coordinate technical interviews as needed.
- Promote the Company's Employer Brand
- Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on ideas for new advertising channels, drive employee referral contests, and manage open house events.
- Ensure Compliance and Diversity
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
- Perform Administrative Tasks
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner.
- Complete daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities.
- Maintain employment records for future reference.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Equivalent
- Strong Knowledge of Recruitment Best Practices and Employment Laws
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Follows Process Guidelines
- Exceptional Time Management Skills
- Self-Motivated
- Takes Ownership of Duties and Other Tasks as Assigned
- Must be Able to Manage Highly Confidential Information
- Advanced Skills with MS Office Tools

Physical RequirementsThis job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
