About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and project plans.
  • Lead and oversee performance testing initiatives to ensure systems meet required performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain robust automation testing frameworks and ensure seamless integration of automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Coordinate and conduct comprehensive integration testing to verify the seamless interaction of integrated components.
  • Assure test quality through sound test design, test depth, and system engineering standards.
  • Review test team results and outcomes, provide relevant feedback, and perform acceptance of team deliverables.
Requirements
  • Expert knowledge and application of engineering standards and concepts.
  • Emerging leader in their field through performance and accomplishments.
  • Understands and uses expert practices for requirements management, development, and evaluation.
  • Integrates SW planning with project and program planning and mentors others.
  • Understands and applies industry best practices and benchmarks for SW integration and tests at an expert level.
  • Increases product quality and team efficiency through new, enhanced, or improved development and testing practices.
  • Upholds and improves configuration management processes.
  • Understands Information Security and Data Privacy fundamentals.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and multitask effectively.
