About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the conduct of clinical trials, ensuring the quality and integrity of data, and contributing to the development of new treatments and therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of clinical trials, including study start-up, site management, and data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, data management, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless trial execution.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor trial progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform trial decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with site staff, investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful trial execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science-related field or relevant/equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a clinical trials setting.
  • Knowledge of clinical monitoring, ICH GCP, and applicable regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
