We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Consultant to join our Advanced Consulting and Engineering Solutions team at Schneider Electric. As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in the industrial automation world.
Key Responsibilities- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business problem analysis to identify opportunities for Cybersecurity solutions and develop value propositions to meet customer needs.
- Site Visits and Assessments: Perform site visits to evaluate existing and new technologies, and conduct in-depth complex assessments to define customer security posture and business opportunities.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales discussions, presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to help the Sales team build a proposal for new projects or renewals.
- Proposal Development: Prepare proposal documentation consistent with validated data and contribute to the development of complex pull-through business.
- Technical Integration: Answer technical integration questions and help customers build a deployment plan.
- Internal Cybersecurity Standards: Contribute to the development and maintenance of tools and templates that enable the end-to-end cybersecurity organization to perform effectively.
- Excellent Consultancy and Communication Skills: Possess excellent consultancy, communication, and influencing skills to effectively work with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Knowledge and Experience: Have excellent customer knowledge and experience developing value propositions to meet customer needs.
- Industrial Control Systems Experience: Possess 10 years of experience in OT Industrial Control Systems, including one or more of the following technologies: DCS, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, Data Historians.
- Standard Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the ISA / IEC standard, NIST CSF, and related Industrial SPs, ISOx, and their application in relation to Industrial Operators, systems, and products.
- Education and Experience: Hold a degree (or higher) in a business, engineering, or computer-related field and have experience working effectively in a complex matrix organization.
- Time Management and Analytical Skills: Possess advanced time management and analytical skills to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Language Skills: Be fluent in English.
