Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our global project management team, you will be responsible for leading complex international projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, to drive project success
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, resources, and tasks to meet project objectives
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in international projects
  • Experience with budget and resource forecasting, technical teams, and knowledge of technical topics (DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity)
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Experience working with Agile Methodologies, such as Scrum
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile)
  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g. Italian, Spanish, French, German)
  • Experience working with virtual teams and hybrid environments
