About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Professional to join our team at Bolder Group. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, to ensure accurate financial representation.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors to ensure seamless and accurate client account audits.
  • Financial Operations: Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processes efficiently.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
  • Financial Administration: Establish and maintain robust financial administration systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including customers, accountants, banks, auditors, lawyers, and investment managers.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business economics.
  • International Experience: At least 3 years of international working experience.
  • Real Estate Accounting: Knowledge or experience in Real Estate accounting is highly valued.
  • GAAP/IFRS Expertise: Strong understanding and application of Spanish GAAP/IFRS.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with A3 software is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively in a global context.
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility.
  • Proactive Attitude: A hands-on, can-do mentality that brings positive energy to the team.
