About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Community Lead to join our team at Hadron Labs. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and active community environment, driving growth, engagement, and education within our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Growth and Engagement: Foster a strong sense of community, encourage active participation, and empower community members to onboard others, teach each other, and contribute to the ecosystem.
  • Community Animation: Host regular community Twitter spaces, produce educational content, and respond to comments, questions, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Product Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing and Product teams to educate about and test our project's narrative, analyze community feedback, and refine our story and messaging.
  • Community Support: Provide exceptional support to our community members, ensuring our social channels are free of spam and malicious content, and maintaining a fun community atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Experience and passion for crypto and blockchain technology
  • Previous experience in marketing or growth, with a strong understanding of community engagement and management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Technical knowledge of blockchain, decentralized networks, and node operation
  • Strong English language skills, with additional languages a bonus
