About the Role

As a key member of our UK&I Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative maintenance and service solutions to our customers across various industries. Your expertise in industrial refrigeration will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' HVACR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide site surveys, records, and reports to aid quoting of new or replacement equipment
  • Complete servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosis & repair of HVACR equipment and preventative maintenance of various types of HVACR systems
  • Act as the primary contact for all technical service issues, resolving complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs
  • Provide technical coaching to team members and coordinate their on-site work activity
  • Ensure Health and Safety is at the forefront of all activities
Requirements
  • At least 10 years' experience within the Industrial Refrigeration industry
  • F-GAS 2079 Card, Safe Pass Card & Manual Handling Cert
  • Relevant qualifications & certificates (City & Guilds)
  • Clean EU Driving License
  • Ability to speak fluent English
  • Qualified to a minimum of NVQ II
  • Previous experience within commissioning, service, repair & maintenance
