We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Importante empresa. As a Business Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Provide support to international Performance managers during monthly Actual and budget cost accounting reporting.
- System Referential Management: Adapt system referential to a continuously evolving business organization.
- User Security Management: Manage user security accesses.
- Database Management: Initialize data base for budget reporting according to Central performance management instructions.
- Technical Issue Management: Manage technical issues on the data base in relation with IT group in order to grant data base availability, performance and steadiness.
- Project Management: Project management on major enhancement or small / medium improvements.
- Training and Support: Training on site request on our sophisticated Budgetary Module or allocation methodology.
- Education and Experience: Business school with IT specialty, Engineer or Master in Information Technology.
- Project Management Experience: Experience in project management and performance management.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams.
- Language Skills: English speaking is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of Performance management processes and methods (cost accounting, budget simulation, reporting workflow).
- Software Skills: Excellent Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF).
- Learning Ability: Ability to learn new systems and products quickly.
