- Claims Management: Manage and resolve claims in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Insurance Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to insurance.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, brokers, and underwriters, to ensure seamless insurance operations.
- Insurance Budgeting: Develop and manage insurance budgets to ensure optimal cost management.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement insurance strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in insurance, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of insurance principles, risk management, and claims handling. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or risk management.
Language: Fluent in English and Spanish, with other languages an asset.
