Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Intern to join our team at a 5-star hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. As a Housekeeping Intern, you will be responsible for maintaining rooms and common areas, ensuring high levels of customer service, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain rooms and common areas neat and clean
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards and schedules
  • Greet guests warmly and demonstrate high levels of customer service
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
  • Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness, and professional appearance while on duty
  • Adhere to the health and safety regulations of the hotel
  • Perform other related duties in the housekeeping department
