Program Overview

RMC Asia is proud to offer a unique internship opportunity in hotel housekeeping at a 5-Star Hotel by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts in Phuket, Thailand. This program is part of the Cultural Exchange Programs by RMC Asia, designed to provide students with a chance to gain professional experience in the hospitality industry while immersing themselves in the local culture.

Responsibilities

As a housekeeping intern, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, ensuring they meet hotel standards and schedules. You will also be expected to greet guests warmly and deliver high levels of customer service while handling complaints and requests professionally. Additionally, you will adhere to health and safety regulations, maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance, and inspect rooms to ensure they meet hotel standards.

Program Benefits

Requirements

To be eligible for this internship, you must be an enrolled student or graduate at a college or university with a relevant background preferred. You should also have conversational English skills.
