Telesales Agent - French, German or Italian

Lastminute Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our team. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for selling holiday packages to customers in French, German, or Italian.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve both inbound and outbound customers with French, German, or Italian
  • Sell holiday packages
  • Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
  • Strong communicator internal / external
  • Oriented business results
Requirements:
  • Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
  • Proactive team player
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver
  • Previous experience in the travel context or sales
