Telesales Agent - French or German Speaking

Lastminute Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our team. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for selling holiday packages to customers in French or German.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve both inbound and outbound customers with French or German
  • Sell holiday packages
  • Meet commercial targets
  • Work to tight deadlines with a can-do attitude
  • Strong communicator internal / external
Qualifications:
  • Native French or German
  • Fluent level of Spanish
  • Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
  • Proactive team player
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, uses initiative and problem solver
