Electrical Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead design projects in operational data centers that remediate issues, upgrade our existing infrastructure, and add new services. As a key member of our Fleet Remediation Team, you will be responsible for providing lifecycle support from design through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Remediation - Own the design for existing data center upgrades and design solutions which add data center infrastructure, capacity, improve availability, and increase sustainability.
- Project Management - Work on concurrent projects, sometimes in multiple geographical regions, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Construction and Commissioning - Support construction, commissioning, and turnover processes, ensuring seamless handovers and minimal disruptions.
- Stakeholder Management - Build trust and relationships with different stakeholders, including Operations, Commissioning, Construction, and Design teams.
- Mentorship and Collaboration - Mentor and oversee the work of junior engineers in your discipline, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.
A Day in the Life
As an Electrical Engineer on our Fleet Remediation Team, you will interact with various teams responsible for data center operations. You will have the opportunity to work on projects locally and globally, with up to 25% travel.
