About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Leo Pharma A/S. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of dermatology care and advancing the standard of care for people with skin diseases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide scientific and therapeutic information to dermatologists and researchers, serving as a key reference point for scientific and therapeutic discussions.
  • Lead the identification, mapping, and engagement of medical experts and study investigators, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve this goal.
  • Exchange and discuss medical, scientific, and healthcare research evidence on new treatment options, products, therapeutic areas, and research with dermatologists and relevant stakeholders involved in patient treatment.
  • Build trust relationships with relevant medical societies and involve healthcare professionals in specific medical and scientific activities, such as advisory boards, education of healthcare providers, publications, and more.
Scientific Exchange and Insights
  • Support scientific exchange to advance understanding of new scientific principles, novel research trends, and current scientific debate.
  • Collect, analyze, and report insights from dermatologists and other key stakeholders to inform and shape medical strategy.
  • Provide scientific and educational information to dermatologists on specific patient critical issues.
Implementation of Scientific Actions
  • Implement specific scientific actions in accordance with the Medical Affairs Plan, contributing to the expansion of Medical Science Liaison programs in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Requirements
  • University degree in Health Sciences.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a similar position.
  • Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of the healthcare system.
  • Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English.
  • Knowledge in searching bibliographies.
  • Knowledge in regulation of advertising medicines for human use.
