Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Teacher to join our team at our Barcelona campus. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher and providing a nurturing environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans
  • Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve educational goals
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Requirements
  • Experience working with children under the age of six
  • Native-level English speaker
  • Eager to develop teaching skills and complete fully sponsored Montessori training
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and lead teacher
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
