Welcome to our dynamic Sales Development Representative team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our narrative and building lasting relationships with clients. As a key member of our Western European market expansion team, you'll drive growth through strategic outbound and inbound prospecting efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent WorkMotion at local fairs and international conferences to generate and qualify sales leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective inbound lead generation strategies.
  • Support WM's strategic market expansion goals by actively participating in local fairs, connecting with target audiences, and generating qualified leads.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead conversion processes through data-driven analysis and experimentation.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a customer-facing, sales-related role, such as Lead Generation, Promoter, or Fundraiser.
  • Bachelor's degree in any communication-related or business-related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Native-level skills in English required, with Dutch and Swedish a plus.
  • Proactive nature with the ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency.
  • Great communicator, convincing both in spoken and written language.
