About the Role
Merlin Digital Partner is seeking a highly motivated and talented CRM & Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and establishing highly scalable business development strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and customer research to identify potential business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to target key accounts and prospects
- Analyze prospect business needs and determine potential solutions
- Collaborate with the CEO and Founders to develop and execute business plans
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of client presentations and pitches
- Engage with prospective customers to qualify opportunities and ensure needs and solutions align
- Act as a facilitator between customers, HR, and founders to deliver proposals and required information
- Update and manage CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and accounts
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus)
- Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for people and human behavior
