About the Role

Merlin Digital Partner is seeking a highly motivated and talented CRM & Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and establishing highly scalable business development strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and customer research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target key accounts and prospects
  • Analyze prospect business needs and determine potential solutions
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Founders to develop and execute business plans
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of client presentations and pitches
  • Engage with prospective customers to qualify opportunities and ensure needs and solutions align
  • Act as a facilitator between customers, HR, and founders to deliver proposals and required information
  • Update and manage CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and accounts

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Catalan is a plus)
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot or Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong verbal and writing communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for people and human behavior
