About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Talent Manager to join our Amazon Web Services (AWS) team. As a Cloud Talent Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Early Career Talent team in the EMEA region, developing and implementing strategies to prepare the next generation of cloud sellers.

You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that drive business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include coaching and mentoring young professionals, analyzing data and trends, and making informed recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent development strategies for the Early Career Talent team in EMEA
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions
  • Analyze data and trends, and make informed recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor young professionals to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Manage sales compensation schemes and develop relationships with stakeholders
