SSE plc is a leading energy company committed to a low-carbon future. As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking a skilled Portfolio Management & Reporting Analyst to support our European business in achieving our Net Zero commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Leadership Team and Country Managers to ensure efficient portfolio management, particularly in development phases and internal approval processes.
- Support the PMO Senior Manager for Southern Europe in gathering and preparing essential business reporting materials.
- Contribute to the successful execution of project work by engaging with internal stakeholders, including Project Managers, Country Managers, and Technical teams.
- Provide support for the implementation of agreed-upon actions within different committees and assist the management team in monitoring business key indicators.
- Contribute to the enhancement of systems and processes for generating management information and reports.
- Previous experience in a similar Reporting or Analytical role, preferably in the Renewable Energy sector or a relevant project development environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish (at least B2 level) to present to Senior Management and Stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Office Package & Programming tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Power BI.
- Ability to undertake local and international travel as necessary for project-related purposes.
