Swedish-speaking Publisher Sales Associate to Madrid, Spain

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Publisher Sales Associate to join our team at Nordic Jobs Worldwide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for elevating our presence in the Swedish market by acquiring new publishers and building strong relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities- Publisher Acquisition: Identify and acquire new Swedish publishers through prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings.
- Pipeline Management: Build and prioritize a healthy pipeline of potential publishers, focusing on the highest value opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with publishers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- CRM Management: Maintain our CRM tool, updating lead and client interactions to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and targets, driving business growth and revenue.
- Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, staying up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
- Sales Experience: 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Digital Media Knowledge: Good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, and digital advertising formats.
- Industry Network: Established contacts within the Swedish digital publishing sphere, gained through work at a publisher sales house, trading desk, ad-tech company, or digital agency.
- Language Skills: Native-level Swedish speaker with advanced English proficiency.
